Complaints, return policy and warranty

All complaints are handled exclusively by e-shop and to the satisfaction of the customer on an individual basis.

Procedure for the claim:
1. For each claim, contact us by email at or writing a letter.
2. The good should be sent as an insured package together with proof of purchase (invoice) and reason for complaint (a detailed description of the problem) to the address of owner in Contacts.
3. After receiving a notice about complaint, the seller will deal with the buyer about particular solution.
All claims are solved within 30 days from receiving the claimed goods.

All offered products are covered by warranty period of 24 months, beginning on the date of delivery the goods to the customer. The buyer is compulsory at delivery of the goods to check all goods and immediately report any errors to the seller.
Warranty only covers manufacturing and material defects. For proof of warranty is an invoice.

Warranty does not cover:
- normal depreciation of things (or some parts) resulting from the usage
- damage from misuse of the goods, incorrect selection, inadequate caring, using for purposes other than object usage
- damage to improper storage
